Online Registration
When using Online Registration, you have two payment methods. First method is to fill out the Online Registration form then print the form and mail it in with your check. Your totals will be automatically figured. Second method is to pay through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to use PayPal. They accept credit cards without an account. There is NO surcharge added to your registration if you use PayPal. To use Online registration, you must have JavaScript enabled. It works with the following browsers: Firefox, Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Safari and Netscape. If you have problems using Online Registration please contact the Webmaster. Make sure to verify information entered before hitting Submit. Problems have occurred when “auto-fill” entered incorrect information.
Confirmation
Registrants will be listed on the "Who's Coming List" after the registrar has recorded the registration and payment. Those wishing not to be included in the "Who's Coming List" will receive an email from the registrar after payment is recorded. These are manual processes, not automated"

Pre-Registration
The pre-registration fee is $110.00 for each registrant 16 years old and older. Children 15 years old and younger are admitted free of charge. The price of t-shirts ordered during pre-registration are $15 (S-1X), $20 (2X-3X) and $25 (4X-5X) each. Make sure to preorder your T-Shirts. On site supplies will be limited and all sizes may not be available.
All registrants 16 years old and older are eligible for the Great Okie-Tex Giveaway (click here for details on the giveaway). All children 15 years old and younger are eligible for children’s door prize drawing. For children 15 years old and younger to be eligible for adult drawing pay $25.00 at the registration desk at anytime prior to the giveaway.
Pre-registration submissions must be post-marked no later than Saturday September 7, 2024 and must be paid in full. Online Registrations must be completed and paid in full by midnight CDT on Sunday September 8, 2024.
At-The-Door Registration
Registrations received with postmarks after September 7, 2024 and registrations at the door are $160.00 for all registrants 16 years old and older. At-the-door registrants are eligible to participate in the Great Okie-Tex Giveaway.
Facility Fee
As part of our ongoing investment in and improvements to Camp Billy Joe, a $5.00 per day facility fee is charged for all registrants 16 years old and older. The facility fee is waived for children 15 years old and younger.
Meals
In camp meals provided by Jody's Catering may be purchased. Please refer to the Meal Request Form. Checks for meals are made payable to Jody's Catering. Please pre-purchase meals to ensure enough food is available. At the door meal purchases will be limited. Meal request form and payment must be received, with a postmark, no later than September 7, 2024.
School and/or Scout Groups
School or scout groups must contact the Registrar regarding registration and liability release. The adult group leader must fully register for Okie-Tex, i.e., pay the normal pre-registration fee or late registration fee, plus the camp fee of $5/day. All other members of the group, adult or child, must pay the camp fee of $5/day/person. Click here for group guidelines and instructions (requires Adobe Acrobat).
The adult group leader must sign a liability release on behalf of all members of the group. The names of all members of the group, adult or child, must be listed on the release form signed by the group leader.
Our apologies but, for the safety of our guests and the group members, and to preserve the star party observing environment, groups arriving without a reservation will regretfully be denied access at the gate.
Refund Policy
Refund requests will be honored only if notification is received on or before September 7, 2024 and must be requested in writing to our mailing address or by email to the Registrar. Refunds will be processed after November 1, 2024.
Check-In At The Star Party
All guests should check in at the vendor hall at their earliest convenience after arrival. The registration desk will be staffed from 11:30am - 12:30pm and 5pm - 5:30pm on Saturday through Friday during the week of the party.
Do not arrive before Friday, September 27, 2024!!!!
